Mollie Suarez, G.G.

With more than two decades in the jewelry industry, Mollie founded Westshore Diamond with one goal: to create a jewelry experience centered on trust, education, and genuine relationships.

After beginning her career at GIA, followed by Tiffany & Co. and the Home Shopping Network, Mollie launched her own fine jewelry appraisal business before opening Westshore Diamond. Today, she is known throughout Tampa for her expertise in diamonds, custom design, estate jewelry, and appraisals. As a Graduate Gemologist, she personally guides clients through some of life's most meaningful purchases with honesty, compassion, and exceptional attention to detail.

When she isn't helping clients celebrate life's biggest milestones, she's mentoring young women at St. Timothy Catholic Church, speaking at leadership events, or spending time with her husband and their five children, usually at the beach.

Natalie has been an integral part of Westshore Diamond for seven years, growing alongside the company from its early days into the luxury brand it is today.

Beginning in creative marketing, Natalie quickly became instrumental in shaping the Westshore Diamond look and voice before expanding into luxury sales. Today she leads both our sales team and creative direction, helping clients bring their dream jewelry to life while ensuring every detail of the Westshore experience reflects our commitment to excellence.

Her ability to combine artistry with exceptional client care makes her one of the reasons so many clients return year after year.
